The Cove Restaurant Specials

Although we have a great menu that was just updated in October 2008, we still provide a weekly list of specials:

Monday - David's Surprise: I get to cook for you tonight!  Most Mondays are my nights to cook, so I try to put together something special and unique for you.  Sometimes it's pasta of some sort, sometimes it's duck breast doing something neat, or maybe some great seafood option.

Tuesday - We'll set up something special tonight!  I am gonna have some great quality pork BBQ ribs seasoned to perfection with my own sauce!! These literally fall off the bone!  You are gonna think we just turned into a rib joint!  Great stuff!! Seriously, this is top o' the line stuff!!

Wednesday - We are gonna cook something off the hook tonight, literally!  A nice mound of Bluegill breaded with our own special breading.  We'll serve it with all of the side items and our special home-made tartar sauce.   A nice meal that is not very common in restaurants!

Thursday - We have an all you can eat crablegs night on Thursday.  These are sweet and juicy and the limit is up to you!   Come early so we don't cut it off before you get started!

Friday and Saturday - The customers are treated to a 16 ounce Prime Rib that is to die for! We also put a 14 ounce filet of Canadian Walleye on the menu, and offer it prepared one of three ways: lightly breaded and deep-dried; or, broiled with a nice blend of lemon-pepper seasonings or with a nice unique blackened blend of seasonings.

You just need to come check out the stuff we've become famous for!!!   We really do this just for you!
